Welcome
Home gives you the ability to communicate with your guests in a variety
of ways. The Lite Version of Welcome Home gives you the ability to email your guests. With Welcome Home: Lite, you can share information through
the Guest Extranet regarding a specific property, or an office policy, or you
can choose to send messages directly to your guests text.
To access Welcome
Home: Lite, simply Go to System Configuration --> Reports --> Welcome
Home Admin. To log in to Welcome Home,
use your Admin username and password.

When you click on the blue ‘Sign In’ button, you will be
taken to the Welcome Home
Dashboard.

From the Welcome Home Dashboard you can access any of the
features Welcome Home offers two different ways. You can either select from the list of
options listed in blue text: ‘Office Configuration’, ‘Property Configuration’, ‘Event
Messages’, or ‘Manual Messages’, or you can choose one of the tabs above the
phrase ‘Welcome Home Dashboard’: ‘Guest Extranet’ or ‘Messaging’. (‘Home’ is the Welcome Home Dashboard.) If you decide to use the tabs, once you open the
‘Guest Extranet’ tab, tabs are displayed for ‘Office Configuration’ and ‘Property
Configuration’, and clicking on the ‘Messaging’ tab reveals the ‘Events
Messages’ tab and the ‘Manual Message’ tab.
Please note, the only menu options that is available as part of Welcome Home: Lite are Event Messages and Manual Messages.
