Unlike the Complete version of Welcome Home, with the Lite version, there is only one categories you can choose to classify your message: Administrative.
Administrative messages are ones that are pertaining to the reservation in general. They can include reminders of items to pack, or an email thanking a guest for their stay, etc.
For our example, we are going to create a message to remind guests to pack their paper products. We need to select ‘Administrative’ as the Category.
