Design and Functionality Updates to Welcome Home

Released June 10, 2015

1. The User Interface has been redesigned. (Available in both Welcome Home: Complete and Welcome Home: Lite)

2. The Event Messages screen has been redesigned. (Available in both Welcome Home: Complete and Welcome Home: Lite)

3. A new option for the timing method has been added to the Event Messages allowing you to choose to use the reservation start date and end date as defined by the system or the actual date the Guest was marked ‘checked-in’ and ‘checked-out’ by the Reservationist. (Available in both Welcome Home: Complete ( 3.4.1.3.2 - Timing) and Welcome Home: Lite ( 3.1.1.3.2 - Timing))

4. An option was added to include or exclude Reservations with an ‘Unconfirmed’ Status in the list of Event Message recipients. (Available in both Welcome Home: Complete ( 3.4.1.4 - Reservation Status) and Welcome Home: Lite ( 3.1.1.4 - Reservation Status))

5. A ‘Message Logs’ section has been added to provide details about messages sent through Welcome Home and details about Housekeeping Status changes. (Available only in Welcome Home: Complete ( 3.6 - Message Logs))
