Welcome to a sneak peek of VRM Software, Version 6.0. We are going to be giving you a behind the scenes glance at our updated look, and an exciting new management tool.

Dashboard Updates You Need to See to Believe

VRM's development team is dedicated to meeting our client's needs, and has created a brand new modern look and feel for our software dashboard. The new tiled design is streamlined and more reader friendly. All your current tabs are still there but they have been compartmentalized together, making full use of the screen.

Featuring multiple hues of blue, the updated page is inviting and easy on the eyes. The "highlighted" headers makes this update easy to use.

After listening to our clients, it was decided to design a homepage that had instant access to more applicable information, all while still maintaining availability most of Version 5.0 functions and tabs. You will notice that the menu has moved to the left-hand side of the screen, creating separation between it and the main tabs.

This software is still permission driven. So you control who has access to secure data in your customized software program. For example, you unlock the accounting or owner's tabs to the individual employees of your choosing.

Version 6.0 is just the first step in creating and launching the latest technology. Leads and Daily Occupancy Charts have been added to the dashboard, giving you at-a-glance, real-time information.

Perhaps the most exciting feature of Version 6.0 is that the dashboard is now mobile friendly. Now, you and your smartphone can do business from anywhere. The previous dashboard had to be accessed through a desktop, so the mobile friendly update gives the user a vast amount of freedom. The only difference between the desktop and mobile version is that the side bar menu will not be accessible. However, all other dashboard information will be at your finger tips 24/7.

The power of this tool gives you the ability to convert prior guests into returning guests. Gathering guest information from your website has been optimized and simplified. Also, you will be able to collect leads from Vacation Bridge and other sources. Lead Tracker also allows you to use a 3rd party API, and gives you the ability to assign specific employees the task of following potential leads.

The other side of Lead Tracker is its functionality for your guest relations agent. You can customize email templates to be used when corresponding with potential guests. You will also be able to create to-do list, based on information received through Lead Tracker…so that you are always on top of follow-ups, phone calls, newsletter campaigns, etc. To-do lists can be set to appear directly on your homepage/dashboard, assuring that no lead gets overlooked.
