Housekeeping Box Checked + Number (Other than Zero)

When
you have the ‘Housekeeping’ box checked, and you select a number other than
zero from the drop down menu, and then select ‘Before’, the system will start
checking for properties that have had their status changed to ‘Is Clean’ in the
Housekeeping Module the selected number of hours before you regular check-in
time to send guests checking into them your message. For example, let’s say your normal check-in
time is at 3:00. If you select ‘2 hours’
and ‘Before’ and have the ‘Housekeeping’ box checked, the system will start
checking at 1:00 (which is 2 hours before your normal check-in time) for any
properties that have an ‘Is Clean’ status in the Housekeeping Module. All guests checking into properties that have
the ‘Is Clean’ status will receive the message you composed. The system will continue checking for the ‘Is
Clean’ status every 15 minutes and will send any guests checking into the new
properties that have their status updated to ‘Is Clean’ the message you
composed.
The type of message you might want to send with these
setting would be to alert the guest that their property is ready early and can
be checked into.
