Message Logs
When you log in to the
Welcome Home Dashboard, you will notice a list of six options, as well as 3
options at the top of the page. You can
use either of these to navigate to the ‘Message Logs’ section of Welcome
Home. (Remember the ‘Message Logs’
section is where you can view information regarding messages sent through
Welcome Home and changes made to a properties’ Housekeeping Status.)
To open up the ‘Message Logs’
section either click on the blue square that says ‘Message Logs’ OR select the
‘Messaging’ option at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Message Logs’
menu.
