Housekeeping Box Checked + Number (Other than Zero)

When you have the ‘Housekeeping’ box checked, and you
select a number other than zero from the drop down menu, and then select
‘After’, the system will start checking for properties that have had their
status changed to ‘Is Clean’ in the Housekeeping Module starting at your normal
check-in time and will continue checking every 15 minutes for those properties
until the selected number of hours after your regular check-in time to send the
guests checking into them your message. For example, let’s say your normal
check-in time is at 3:00. If you select
‘2 hours’ and ‘After’ and have the ‘Housekeeping’ box checked, the system will
start checking at 3:00 (which is your normal check-in time) for any properties
that have had their status changed to ‘Is Clean’ at 3:00 in the Housekeeping Module and have not
already received an email related to the property being cleaned. All guests checking into those properties will
receive the message you composed. The
system will continue checking for new properties that have had their status
changed to ‘Is Clean’ every 15 minutes until 5:00 (which is 2 hours after your
normal check-in time) and will send any guests checking into the properties
that have their status updated to ‘Is Clean’ the message you composed.
The type of message you might want to send with these
settings would be to apologize for the delay and letting them know their
property is now ready to be checked into.
