​Hello Everyone and Welcome to VRM's Knowledge base.

 
We are continually adding new things to the knowledge base and so we thought we would give you some quick insight to our customer KB.
  

Knowledge Base Structure

 
We've put the Knowledge base structure into two different styles; User Manual and Topical
 
1 - User Manual: This will be like a manual - with chapters, sections and so forth designed to take you trough the application in a way that might be familiar to you, in Modules.  For example see the beginning entries of  VRM Knowledge Base for the Client Console (Wiki) 
 
2 - Topical:  This style is meant to group things by a specific piece of functionality and as a stand alone subject that won't necessarily have ramifications in another section of your systems or applications.  For example see the beginning entries for how to's on our Book Easy (T)  Content Management System (CMS)

Lastly, If you don't see what you want - or something comes close but you still have more questions - let us know!!  We want this Knowledge base to be a help to you and chances are that if you think it is important than so do others.  We want to get it out there!  Help us do it!
