13.2.11 - Custom Confirmations

Custom Confirmations (Email and Print)

A new Recommended Look for your Custom Print Confirmations...

This is a new template that may give you a jump start into creating your own unique confirmations.

How can I make sure that my print confirmations break where I want them too?

This is it!  The moment you've been waiting for.  The opportunity to make sure that the confirmations looks the way you want it to.  Changing labels, rearranging the content - things like that. Maybe instead of two columns you want one so that your beautiful long descriptions isn't forced into a tiny little space and cause the page to run long and make un-natural page breaks.

But sometimes page breaks are necessary.  You want them to have ALL the information, maybe even the VRA copy on the 2nd and third pages.

Well you can!  Here's how....

HTML allows page breaks for printing purposes via the CSS properties page-break-before and page-break-after. The value for these two properties must be set to "always", other values will have no effect.

For example:
<BR style="page-break-before: always">

The property page-break-before: always can be applied to the following tags:

<BR>
<IMG>
<HR>
<TABLE>
<DIV>

The property page-break-after: always can be applied to the following tags:

<BR>
<IMG>
<HR>
