Once you have had the Owner Extranet configured and
implemented for your company, your Owners can click on the ‘Owner Login’ link
on your homepage, enter their login information, and access information
pertaining to their property. A
communication is not automatically generated and sent to Owners sharing their
username and password; however, the Owner’s username is included on the Owner
Statements. If you would like your
Owners to utilize the Owner Extranet, you might also want to consider sending
out an email to each of your Owners explaining to them what the Owner Extranet
is, how to use it, and what their username and password are. If you do not send them their password, they
can get it by entering their Username on the Owner Login Screen and clicking
the ‘Forgot Password’ button. This will
generate an email to them containing the password.
