The admin end user can also view compiled survey statistics. Below is a screen shot of how the compiled survey stats screen displays:
- The office
drop down list displays all offices within the VRM system. The end user can select all offices or a
single office.
- The property
drop down list only displays properties with approved guest surveys. The end
user can select all
properties or a single property.
Please note you property will only show up in this list IF applied
to the web group “All Properties.”
If you property has not been applied to this web group, go to
System Configuration/Website/Web Groups tab/Select your “All Properties”
or “All” web group/then click manage and move the property from left to
right.
- The end user can enter dates “From” and “To” to
select guest surveys between a particular time- frame. When the cursor is put into these fields a
calendar should pop up to allow end user to select dates.
- Only guest survey’s that have been approved will
be compiled within the statistics details.
- If the status is saved, then the guest survey
information is not compiled in the statistics details.
