Location in Guest Extranet


You have the option of turning on Welcome Home at the Office level as well as at the Property level. In order for the Welcome Home menu to show up in a Guest’s Extranet account, you need to make sure the switch is ‘ON’ for your office, as well as for the individual property.

If both switches are set to ‘ON’, when a guest logs in to their Guest Extranet account and selects a reservation to Manage/View, they will notice a map on the reservation page as well as a new menu option labeled ‘Welcome Home’ under the red heading ‘Manage Your Reservation’.

When they click on the plus sign on the right side of the ‘Welcome Home’ menu bar, it expands, displaying the property information currently stored in your database system regarding whether the property is ready for check-in, the check-in time, and any information you entered under the ‘Check-in Procedures’ section of ‘Property Configuration’. A guest will also see menu bars for ‘Property Details’, ‘Area Information’, ‘Send Us Your Requests’, and ‘Message Settings’. Each menu can be opened by clicking on the plus sign on the left side of the menu bar.
