1.6.6 Make a Payment

Make a Payment – Guets can apply credit card or e-check payment to reservations by selecting the make a payment link on the reservations page.   
 

 

The guest will apply the payment amount, credit card information, and by selecting ‘Submit Payment’ button, the credit card payment will process through the credit card payment gateway.

 
Payment amounts cannot be larger than the ‘Total left to Pay’ amount.  After the credit card payment is processed the following credit card receipt will display and automatically be emailed to the guest email address.  An email indicating a credit card payment was processed through the guest extranet is also automatically sent to the email address setup on the ‘Email Settings’ tab of the company configuration page.
