To change your password for the new help desk follow the steps below
1) In the VRM admin console go to Misc.
2) Click on Contact Support
3) Click on Customer Portal
4) Click “Forgot your Password?”
5) Enter your email address
6) An email will be sent to your email address
7) Open the email and click on the link provided
8) This will open a page to create a new password
