Displaying the Property Configuration Information in Guest Extranet
Guests can access the information entered on the ‘Property Configuration’ screen by logging into Guest Extranet, clicking on the plus sign at the right of the ‘Welcome Home’ menu bar, and clicking on the plus sign at the left of the ‘Property Details’ menu bar. The property information that is pulled from your database appears in a pink box. In the pink box, a new heading will be displayed if you have entered information in the ‘Property Configuration’ section. The new heading is ‘Additional Information’. Listed under that heading is exactly what you entered in the ‘Guest Extranet Additional Property Information’ text box. The blue button ‘View Photos’ below the ‘Additional Information’ section allows the guest to view the property photos that are in your database and are currently being displayed on the website.
Property Information Displayed in Guest Extranet
Any information you entered in the ‘Categories’ tab and
assigned to a property will also display in the Guest Extranet as part of the
‘Property Details’ menu. The category
headings will show below the ‘Additional Information’ section. To access the information you added for each
category, a guest will need to click the plus sign on the right side of the
