Message Type
Once you determine the category of the message you are sending, the next step is to identify the Message Type. Your choices are Email or SMS/Text message. The email addresses and phone numbers for an SMS/Text message are those entered in the ‘Message Settings’ menu in Welcome Home in Guest Extranet, and depend on the guest for accuracy.
For our example message, we are going to select Email as the Message Type.
