3.1 - Office Configuration

Office Configuration

 
 
 
When you log in to the Welcome Home Dashboard, you will notice a list of six options in blue, as well as 3 options at the top of the page. You can use either of these to navigate to the ‘Office Configuration’ section of Welcome Home. (Remember the ‘Office Configuration’ section is where you can enter information specific to one of your offices (if you have more than one) that guests can only view through Guest Extranet. There are two different types of information you can share here: Area Information and Check-in Procedures.)
 
To open up the ‘Office Configuration’ section from the dashboard either click on the blue text that says ‘Office Configuration’ OR select the ‘Guest Extranet’ tab at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Office Configuration’ tab.

Once you have the ‘Office Configuration’ screen open, select the office you want to add information about from the ‘Office’ dropdown menu.

When you open up the screen for a specific office, one of the first things you will see is the ON/OFF toggle switch for enabling the Welcome Home features. This button has to be set to ‘ON’ for any of the information you enter in either the ‘Office Configuration’ screen or the ‘Property Configuration’ screen to display in Guest Extranet. ADDITIONALLY, the switch has to be set to ‘ON’ on the ‘Property Configuration’ page for the information to display for that specific property. In other words, even if the switch is ON at the office level, it still has to be ON at the property level for anything to display in Guest Extranet.
