Housekeeping Box Checked + Zero + After
When you have the ‘Housekeeping’ box checked, and you
select zero from the drop down menu, and then select ‘After’, the system will
send a one-time message at your normal check-in time to all properties that DO
NOT currently have the ‘Is Clean’ status in the Housekeeping module.
The type of message you might want to send with these
settings would be to apologize for the delay and let the guest know you will
alert them when their property is ready for check-in. You might also want to include a coupon code
for a free scope of ice cream for them to enjoy while they wait.
