Welcome Home provides you the ability to communicate information to your guests through the Guest
Extranet as well as with emails and text messages. The six broad categories of information you can share with your guests are classified in the system as ‘Office Configuration’, ‘Property Configuration’, 'Categories', ‘Event Messages’, ‘Manual Messages’ and 'Message Logs'. Each is defined below.
