Account to Account Transfers
An Account to Account Transfer is used when transferring funds between two non-reservation accounts where the money is not being posted to satisfy a receivable due on a reservation. For example, an account to account transfer would be used to transfer funds from management to owner.
To do this go to Accounting> Transfers> To Account tab>
Complete the Account From section
- Select your office > Next
- Select the property type > Next
- Select the property > Next
- Select the Non Reservation account > Next
- Select account to transfer funds FROM.
Then complete the Account To section
- Select your office > Next
- Select the property type > Next
- Select the property > Next
- Select the Non Reservation account > Next
- Select account to transfer funds TO
Enter a transaction description
Enter a date to post the transfer
Enter and Amount to Transfer
Select "Transfer"
