One Time Messages (previously Manual Messages)
When you log in to the Welcome Home Dashboard, you will notice a list of six options in blue text, as well as 3 tabs at the top of the page. You can use either of these to navigate to the ‘Manual Messages’ section of Welcome Home. (Remember the ‘Manual Messages’ section is where you can set up a one-time use message.)

To open up the ‘Manual Messages’ section either click on the blue text that says ‘Manual Messages’ OR select the ‘Messaging’ tab at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Manual Messages’ tab.
