View Current Owner Statements
One of the most useful things about the Owner Extranet is that it gives Owners the ability to check their Owner Statements online. By posting the statements online instead sending them out via mail, you are helping make your office a paperless office.
When an Owner clicks on the 'View Current Owner Statements' menu, a drop down will display giving the Owner the option to select to view statements for their short term properties or long term properties (if they have any).
Selecting one type of statement will download a pdf of all the statements for the properties associated with that Owner.
You control when statements are available on the Owner Extranet through the VRM Admin Console under System Configuration > Company > Misc > Owner. Enter the number in the "Owner Statement Month End" field. The number you enter is the day of the month the Owner Statements will be available through the Owner Extranet. This number can be changed at any time during the month prior to the date that is set.
This is the day of the month that will end the previous owner statement, e.g. if the value is set to 10 and the month was in June 2018, the owner statements will be made available at 12:01 AM on 06/11/2018. This functionality also controls the last day of the current month during which a reservation can be distributed from the previous month.
The Owner Extranet also works for long term properties. The statement configuration is on the same screen for long terms, but the day is found under the "Owner Long Term Statement Month End" field. VRM can change whether the long term owner statements appear for the current or prior month for your company.
