13.6.1.6 How to Approve a Guest Survey

This is a quick "How to" for approving guest surveys from your Guest Survey Admin section.

How to Approve a Guest Survey


​1.  Go to System Configuration >> Reports >> highlight Guest Survey Admin >> click “View Reports” button.

2.  Next, click the “Search Survey Forms” link.

3.  Next, populate your search criteria to return the surveys.  Then click the “Edit” button of the survey you wish to review.




4.  There are 3 things to check to ensure the comments will display on the property detail page, when a guest clicks “View Reviews.”
a.  First locate “Comments that will appear online, on the property detail page:” text area just above “Manager Comments and Updates” section.  This text is what will display on the website when a guest clicks “View Reviews.”  If there is no text here no text will display.

b.  The second thing to confirm is to make sure the “Comments Approved for Website Property Detail Page:” check box is checked.

c.  The last step to approve the comments is to approve the survey.  To do this scroll down on the guest survey page and locate the “Approve Feedback” button.  Click this button and it will approve the guest survey.

ALL DONE!   Now go to the website and find the property detail page you just approved the comments and the survey for.  Click “View Reviews” and the comments will now appear!
