Message Type
Once you determine the category of the message you are sending, the next step is to identify the Message Type. With Welcome Home: Complete, your choices are Email or SMS/Text message; however, with Welcome Home: Lite you only have the option to send an email message. The email addresses and phone numbers for messages are those entered in the ‘Message Settings’ menu in Welcome Home in Guest Extranet, and depend on the guest for accuracy.
For our example message, we are going to select Email Message as the Message Type.
