Event Messages
When you log in to the Welcome Home Dashboard, you will notice a list of six options in blue, as well as 3 tabs at the top of the page. You can use either of these to navigate to the ‘Event Messages’ section of Welcome Home. (Remember the ‘Event Messages’ section is where you can set up messages that will be used more than once. They are associated with a reoccurring event.)
To open up the ‘Event Messages’ section either click on the blue text that says ‘Event Messages’ OR select the ‘Messaging’ tab at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Event Messages’ tab.

When you open the ‘Event Messages’ tab, you will see a list of the Event Messages you have already created (if you have created any) in the box below the ‘Event Messages’ heading. You will also see a blue button to the right of the box that says ‘New Message Rule’. From this screen you can create a new message, edit a message that already exists, delete a message that already exists, or apply a message to a property.
