The ‘Message Logs’ tab under
the ‘Messaging Features’ section of Welcome Home gives you an area to keep
track of email and text messages you send out to guests, as well as a place to
see changes that were made to your properties’ Housekeeping Status.
The ‘Message Queue Date’
section stores information about all email and text messages sent out through
Welcome Home.
The ‘Housekeeping Status
Changes’ section keeps track of when a properties’ Housekeeping Status was
changed. More information in the 3.6 - Message Logs section below.
