Reservation Event

 

You can choose from four different events to tie your message to: ‘Check In Date’, ‘Check Out Date’, ‘Any Payment’, and ‘Reservation Cancelled’.

 

When you are selecting the Reservation Event to tie your Event Message to, think about all the reservations in your system to be sure the event and timing will work for all situations. The idea behind creating an ‘Event Message’ is that is it going to be sent any and every time the ‘Reservation Event’ and ‘Timing’ you enter occur.

 

For our example message, we know we need to send it before they guest checks in, so we will select ‘Check In’.
