Creating a New Event Message


 


For an example, we are going to create a message reminding guests to pack paper products.

 

To create a new Event Message, click on the blue ‘New Message Rule’ button.

When the ‘Message Rules Criteria’ screen opens, the first thing you want to do it enter a name for your rule. It is a good idea to be as descriptive as possible when you are naming your rule. Remember this is a rule you are planning to use over and over again so it is important to name it something you will recognize. Although you will not have many rules to begin with, as you add more, it will be very helpful to easily be able to look through your rules and find the one you need.

 

For our example, a good name would be Pack Paper Products.
