Removing an Event Message from a Single Property through ‘Property Configuration’

 
If an Event Message only needs to be removed from one property, click on the ‘Property Configuration’ tab from the Dashboard, select the Office the property is managed through from the ‘Office’ dropdown menu, select the specific property from the ‘Property’ dropdown menu, and click on the blue ‘Assign Messages’ button.

After you click on the blue ‘Assign Messages’ button, a new screen will open showing all the Welcome Home Messages on the left and any messages that have been applied to your selected property on the right. Highlight the rule you want to remove from your property from the box on the right hand side and click the white ‘Remove’ button.

The rule will move from the right side of the screen to the left side. Click the blue ‘Assign Messages’ button at the bottom of the screen when you are finished. Then click the white ‘Close’ button.
