3.1.1 - Emails

Emails


To the right of the ON/OFF toggle switch, you will notice an email address field. It is very important you enter an email address in this field. The address you enter will be the recipient of any emails sent by a guest through Welcome Home. (You can enter a different address for each office as they are controlled at the Office level on the ‘Office Configuration’ screen.)
 
This will also be the address emails you schedule to send to your guests come from.
 

Additionally, if a guest ever replies to a text message (SMS) you send, VRM will send you a notification to this email address with the phone number the reply came from, which reservation it might be associated with, and the complete text message the guest sent.
