1.1.0 Types of Reservations Reservation

Types of Reservations

A New Short Term Reservation is defined as a new reservation which doesn't already exist and is less than 32 days in duration.

For reservations more than a month and less than a year in duration, where you wish to collect the rent from the guest and pay the owner by month, we recommend that you create a "Seasonal Reservation"

Seasonal and Owner Reservations can also be made from the "New Short Term" button.
Seasonal and Owner Reservations will be covered in later articles.

Long Term Reservations are long term rental leases - usually extending a year or more.
