3.6.1.1 - Column Headings

Column Headings

There are ten headings running across the top of the columns on the ‘Message Queue Data’ grid.  Each supplies details about a specific Guests’ message.

The ‘Auto’ heading indicates whether or not a message is an Event Message.  The values for this field are either ‘No’ or ‘Yes’; ‘No’ indicating the message is a Manual Message and ‘Yes’ indicating it is an Event Message.

The ‘ResID’ heading indicates which reservation the message is in reference to.

‘Batch’ shows you which batch the message was part of.  All messages with the same ‘Batch’ number were sent at the same time.

The ‘Body’ column displays the information sent in the body of the message.  To see the complete body of the message, place your mouse’s cursor over the message and a pop-up will display the text.

‘Subject’ indicates the subject line of the email sent.  (Please remember that text messages do not have a subject.)

The ‘Msg From’ section indicates which phone number or email address the message was sent from.

Likewise, the ‘Msg To’ column shows which phone number or email address the message was sent to.

The ‘Date Processed’ fields show when the system attempted to send message.

The ‘Status Message’ column indicates the status of the message.  There are three different types of messages that might appear in this column: ‘SMS sent’, ‘sent’, or an error message.  When an SMS (text message) has been sent to Trillio, the third party system that handles the text messages, the message status will be ‘SMS sent’.  ‘Sent’ will be displayed when an email message has been sent. If a problem occurs with the sending of the message, the error explanation will be displayed. Examples of error messages include, but are not limited to, ”The ‘To’ number +1 is not a valid phone number.” and “A ‘To’ phone number is required.”

Information is stored in the ‘Message Queue Data’ section for the latest 100 messages sent through Welcome Home.
