Minor Release to the 5.1 version
1) Fixed the Selection of the default office and the property list population in various places.
2) Fixed the Display issue regarding the damage waiver select box in the system configuration.
3) Fixed the Portal Amenities mapping
4) Fixed the Ownership Removal display issue
5) Fixed the Photo Delete Display issue
6) Fixed the "Source" for reservations made via the Property Calendar, Tape Chart and the Annual Calendar.
7) Fixed the "Owner Balance Forwards" so that the amount inputed into the management fee would be counted as Management Fee and not Other because of description.
