The property link maps link is what you use to adjust the property map marker that shows on your property detail page as well as the rental location map.

 

To adjust the marker, click the property maps link under the tools menu item and that brings you to a page with a list of your properties.

 

If you have properties that do not have any latitude or longitude numbers you can choose the Update all listings link to update those. This will not update and properties with existing lat & long. You don’t want to overwrite anything that you have set.

 

To adjust an individual property, click anywhere on the property line and that will open up a map. Which you can turn to satellite view if that’s helpful and zoom in to move the map, click and hold your mouse button while you drag the map. 

 

You can try to get the lat/long Google or Bing, however if you are here its usually because Google didn’t get it right from your property address. So locate the proper location and when you find it you will click and release. That will turn the map back to the road view again but notice that the numbers did update.

 

Then be sure to hit update! You should now be able to go back to the property page and see the new location.
