Welcome Home Dashboard
Welcome Home gives you the ability to communicate with your guests in a variety of ways. You can share information through the Guest Extranet regarding a specific property, or an office policy, or you can choose to send messages directly to your guests via email or text.
To access Welcome Home, simply Go to System Configuration --> Reports --> Welcome Home Admin. To log in to Welcome Home, use your Admin username and password.

When you click on the blue ‘Sign In’ button, you will be taken to the Welcome Home Dashboard.

From the Welcome Home Dashboard you can access any of the features Welcome Home offers two different ways. You can either select from the list of options listed in blue text: ‘Office Configuration’, ‘Property Configuration’, 'Categories', ‘Event Messages’, ‘Manual Messages’, or 'Message Logs' or
you can choose one of the menu options in the blue bar across the top of the
page: ‘Guest Extranet’ or ‘Messaging’. (The
Welcome Home icon will take you back to the dashboard.) If you decide to use the tabs, once you open the ‘Guest Extranet’ tab, tabs are displayed for ‘Office Configuration’, ‘Property Configuration’, and 'Categories', and clicking on the ‘Messaging’ tab reveals the ‘Events Messages’, ‘Manual Message’, and 'Message Logs' menus.
