Email Option in Guest Extranet

 
Guests can send emails directly to your office from the Guest Extranet through the ‘Send Us Your Requests’ feature of the Welcome Home menu.

Guests can choose which email address to send their request from by selecting one from the dropdown menu. The only addresses they can pick from are the ones either you or they have tied to the reservation through the ‘Message Settings’ menu. (The ‘Message Settings’ menu is Located below the ‘Send Us Your Requests’ menu in Guest Extranet. More in section   3.4.1.1.1 - Message Settings Menu in Guest Extranet .) The guest also has the ability to attach a photo to their email to show you the problem they are emailing you about if that is needed. This feature will be very useful if a guest is reporting a maintenance or housekeeping issue.
